Exposome App

We are surrounded by chemical exposures, but our understanding of their effects on human health is limited. Here, we adopted a network-based strategy to construct a comprehensive map that links 9,887 exposures through their shared impact at the genetic level. This map serves as a foundational framework to define classes of exposures affecting similar biomolecular processes. Furthermore, it can be used as a blueprint to predict chemical exposure health outcomes at a population level. You can explore the Exposure-Exposure Network (EEN) here.
